noora , Myself and some of my friends were using aliexpress.com for chinese materials. The good thing is they give free delivery to saudi by post. The bad thing is it may take upto 20 to 25 days to reach you.
The other good thing is most of the items were very cheap and the other side is you have to check the material description and review before ordering.
